Rodin’s Hands
Administered by the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Rodin’s Hands at the Rodin Museum welcomes art enthusiasts to study 15 bronzes and plasters of French sculptor François Auguste René Rodin, whose expressive details convey drama akin to sculpted faces. Fostering emotion, experience and illness, each molded hand tells a story. Explore works like “Two Lovers,” crafted in the likeness of Rodin and his mistress Rose Beuret, and “The Clenched Hand,” believed to represent someone with a nerve disorder. 2151 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, 215.763.8100, rodinmuseum.org

2/17-19

Award-winning conductor Ludovic Morlot brings the City of Light to life with cheerful melodies, honking taxi horns and bluesy rhythms. 300 S. Broad St., 215.893.1999, philorch.org
